Pre-Dental Student Outreach Program (PDSOP) is an organization created to inform and assist members throughout their pre-dental careers at UCLA. We are also heavily involved with the American Student Dental Association (ASDA), which allows our members to be involved and well-informed about the political agenda of health care.

 

Our organization provides valuable information regarding dental school applications, the DAT, academic course recommendations, shadowing advice, and resume building. During meetings, dental admissions representatives come to speak to our members about their dental schools' expectations.

 

PDSOP reaches out not only to undergraduate students but also to the greater community through service and educational projects. In particular, we contribute much of our efforts into the improvement of the community through increasing dental health knowledge. Members have a variety of service opportunities throughout the year to encourage involvement.

 

We look forward to meeting you at one of our meetings, held Tuesdays, 6-7 PM on Weeks 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 of every quarter in CHS 13-041!
