1. Attend Our Meetings
2. Pay Quarterly Membership Dues
To maintain active membership in PDSOP, membership dues must be paid in full by 5th week of each quarter (or 5th week of the fall quarter for full-year membership). You can pay in person, Venmo @haek12, or Zelle @pdsop.ucla@gmail.com (preferred). If you Venmo or Zelle, please include your name and what you are paying for (quarter/year, t-shirt, etc).
* Fees are $15/quarter or $25 for the year for UCLA students/alumni
** Fees are $20/ quarter or $30 for the year for non-UCLA students
3. Register Your Information
After paying your dues, please provide us your information so that we can add you to our mailing list and keep track of attendance/credits.
In-Person — Fill out the form at PDSOP meeting with your personal information for our records.
Online Instruction — Fill out our New Member Google Form! :)
4. Earn Active/Gold Membership
Members can choose to participate in meetings, socials, and volunteer activities regularly to be recognized as an active or gold member. This is optional, but we recommend that you stay involved to get the most out of your opportunities!
The last day to fulfill membership requirements each quarter is by Friday of Week 9.
Active membership requirements refresh each quarter and gold membership is cumulative over the year. Please note that members who join PDSOP mid-year (missed a full quarter) are ineligible for gold status.

Gold Membership
Gold members are recognized on our website under the Active and Gold Member tab.
In addition, gold members earn a certificate by our adviser Dr. Steve Lee, Director of Restorative Dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry and are given special considerations for our future leadership positions.
